Customized Care Packages in Chicagoland, IL

National Shutter System offers customizable care packages for your Chicagoland home shutters. We service your shutter twice a year for one yearly fee. There are three options available.

Gold Package

  • A full year of service /maintenance for one price.
  • Emergency calls during working hours are free.
  • Calls after regular business hours and on the weekends are $45 per hour.
  • There is no charge for labor and parts (excluding motors).

Silver Package

  • A full year of service/maintenance for one price
  • Emergency calls during working hours are free.
  • Calls after business hours and on the weekends are $75 per hour
  • You pay only for replacing parts during our PMP (Planned Maintenance Program) visits.

Bronze Package

  • A full year of service/maintenance for one price
  • We service the shutters. This includes inspecting, lubricating, adjusting the motor, and aligning the slats.
  • Emergency calls are $100. Calls after regular business hours and on the weekends are $125 per hour.
  • A report listing the parts that will need to be replaced will be given.
